As a fitness professional myself, my mission is to empower clients to become educated, independent, and confident in the gym. I aim to provide them with the knowledge and skills to train effectively on their own, fostering lasting competence and self-assurance. I recognize that every trainer has their own biases toward certain training methods, including myself. That’s why it’s important for clients to find not just the “best” trainer, but the trainer who is the best fit for them. Above all, I want to dismantle the gatekeeping culture within the fitness industry by making training information more accessible and inclusive to everyone. By doing so, we can create a community where anyone, regardless of their background or experience, has the opportunity to thrive and reach their full potential.
